Are you passionate about providing life-changing educational experiences to 6-12th grade learners? Join the dynamic and engaging team at Explorations Academy, located in beautiful Bellingham, WA, nestled between the Salish Sea and the North Cascades. Our field programs have included urban and backcountry settings on five continents.

We are committed to providing meaningful and unique educational experiences to our students. As a member of our faculty, you will not only teach but also play a central role in setting organizational priorities, program development, and situating our work within a larger context of educational leadership.

Our staff is composed of caring professionals who are dedicated to independent education and skilled in connecting with students. This position requires creativity, flexibility, and a strong commitment to our vision, but also represents a unique opportunity to shape a small independent 6-12th grade school.
